Blake Brinkman

Blake Brinkman is a dedicated Mental Health Counselor based in New York, specializing in adolescent and family counseling, as well as addiction recovery. His approach emphasizes the intersection of spirituality and mental health, helping clients navigate their challenges with compassion and evidence-based strategies.

Born in Atlanta and raised in Houston, Blake grew up in a complex family dynamic that sparked his deep desire to alleviate human suffering. With an autistic brother, Blake witnessed firsthand the importance of supportive relationships and empathetic understanding in fostering resilience and growth. These experiences laid the foundation for his passion to support others in finding healing and purpose.

Blake’s career journey began with a BA in Chemistry and Coaching from Texas A&M University. After discovering his true calling, he pursued an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University while working full-time. As the Youth and Families Director for a nonprofit, he was instrumental in launching a wing dedicated to empowering adolescent recovery from addiction and aiding families in dysfunction.

Outside of counseling, Blake enjoys rock climbing, hiking, softball, Broadway shows, and spending time with his wife Katherine and their close-knit group of friends. Blake is passionate about fostering connection, growth, and transformation in every aspect of life.
